Structural Plans
Provided structural design plans for removing load bearing walls to open up space and improve flow.
The homeowners requested a home remodel that featured an open floor plan in the main living space to allow better views and improved traffic flow. We created a new gourmet kitchen, converted the original low ceiling into a cathedral ceiling, designed a coffered ceiling in the dining area, added a new picture window with french doors for expansive views, and added custom built-ins and cabinets throughout.
To achieve the color the client preferred, we selected a limed oak for all surfaces. The custom kitchen cabinets feature a premium vertical grain oak on all doors and surfaces. We created custom rifted oak ceilings with reclaimed oak beams. Floors were completely redone with new heart of pine flooring. We added a new bay window to maximize the gorgeous views from their dining area with hand crafted custom built-in cabinets to the left side of the room.
