The homeowners desired to extend their living space into the outdoors. We added a new room with mahogany decks and a pool house. We matched the design of the original home by adding slate window sills, real stucco and stone corners to match the existing structure for the room addition, recreated the oversized molding around all windows and doors, and added leaded copper gutters. In addition, we engineered and installed a floating staircase leading to the upper deck.
